Holiday Tennis Camps
The camp entails tennis coaching, which includes technical and tactical elements. On the physical side we work extremely hard from on court movement based activities, dune runs at the nearby backbeaches, kayaking/body boarding, water/sand sprints, footwork/reaction drills and body strength exercises.
Mentally, students are pushed to levels they didn’t think they could achieve, leaving them with a new confidence in their abilities.
2 nights / 3 days
Each day will comprise approximately 4 hours on-court and 1.5 hours of fitness.
