• I understand and agree to make full payment of the required fees. Any lessons cancelled will be made up at a specific time at the discretion of Mad Athletes.

• A maximum of 1 private lesson make up per term per student IF available with a coach of our choosing

• A maximum of 2 group lesson make-ups per term per student IF available with a coach of our choosing

• 6 hours notice is required if you are unable to make your lesson (no make-up is offered without notice)

• Any private make-up lessons after the 1st incur a $40 fee (*Make-ups are not guaranteed*)

• Any lessons missed for ANY reason are not guaranteed a make-up lesson

• Make-up lessons in any programs are NOT available during holidays or in future terms

• Credit/refunds are not offered for any reasons

• Squads/Groups may be shortened in duration if student numbers aren’t sufficient
