Mad Athletes provides Personal Training sessions for the inactive child who wants to get fitter and fell healthier, the athlete who wants to excel at his/her chosen sport, the adult who has been inactive due to work and family commitments all the way through to the overweight individual who wants to turn back the clock and get back to their healthier days. We can combine a program with running, rowing, cycling together with a mix of resistance exercises through a weights program in order to accelerate your progress. We run our programs either at our residential studio in Wantirna South or at our tennis venue Lum Reserve. We offer 1 on 1 sessions or 2 on 1 sessions. This ensures a customized/ tailored program specific to your needs for best results fast!
